RB EQUESTRIAN SUMMER 2010 DRESSAGE SERIES RULES
- All competitions will be open to members and non-members.
- All competitions will be run under British Dressage rules and it is the responsibility of competitors to make themselves familiar with these rules.
- At each competition classes will be split into two sections:

Section A – open to riders who are not affiliated to BD, BE or BSJA.

Section B – open to all affiliated riders.
- Only Wing Dressage Group members will be eligible for the Summer Championship.
- Horse and rider combinations will need to compete at a minimum of three shows to be eligible for the Summer Championship.
- Those taking part in more than three of the competitions that make up the series will only have their three highest qualifying scores counted.
- The organisers reserve the right to combine or split classes depending on the level of entries.
- Rosettes will be awarded to 7th place in each class and in each section at each competition and points will be awarded according to the British Dressage scale of marks depending on % gained.
- Placings in PYO and combined classes will be awarded on % score.
- In PYO Classes and when classes are combined competitors may ride more than one test. Their highest % score will count towards the championship and their placings in the class.
- The top 30 horse and rider combinations on the points table will be invited to compete at the Championship show.
- The Championship Show will be judged as one mixed class by two judges in one arena.
- There will also be two sections at the Championship Show.
- By special permission of BD, Championship prizes will be awarded to the winning horse and rider combinations at the Championship show.
- Horse and rider combinations that have been WDG Champion are not eligible to contest a future championship at the same level.
- Whips may be carried and tests commanded, except at the Championship Show.
- HORSES must be over 4 years of age.
- We DO NOT allow dogs on the showground at Hill Green Farm.
- CHILDREN under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Withdrawals made after the closing date of the show must be supported by a vet’s or doctor’s certificate or no refund will be given.
